Andrew Fletcher - Guitarist

Fletch starting playing guitar in 1982 after buying an AC/DC album (High Voltage) and thinking that Angus Young was the "Mutt's nuts". As well as taking regular lessons, he jammed AC/DC songs with school mates cranking a small practice amp up to self-destructive levels. The school band turned into a working band and gigged frequently on the Swansea pub circuit. A handful of original numbers were recorded, some even reaching the dizzy heights of being played on Swansea Sound.

Fletch studied music in South Wales for 2 years where he found a host of influences that started to reshape his playing. A pivotal point in his playing career came when he was leant an album by Albert Lee. The rock influence started to fade and was quickly replaced by Country Rock. Fletch left South Wales in 1990 and resettled in Dorset. Since then Fletch has been involved in a number of popular local bands and Duos with styles ranging from Rock 'n' Roll, Country, Soul & Rock. This mixed musical upbringing has left Fletch being well adapt at turning his hand to many different musical styles, all of which are presented in a distinct style that has become a trade mark of his playing.
